Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By making a booking, submitting an enquiry, or using any service provided by Eujen Travels and Tours Ltd — whether in person, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

About Us

Eujen Travels and Tours Ltd ("Eujen Travels", "we", "us", "our") is a private limited company incorporated in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC No. 77800) on 10 October 2008, with a registered office at IBB International Country & Golf Club, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.

We also operate representative services in Germany, providing certified NIN and BVN enrolment for Nigerians in the diaspora. References to "you" or "the client" mean any individual or organisation that uses or requests our services.

Scope of Services

Eujen Travels provides the following services, subject to availability and these Terms:

  • Flight Reservation — local and international air ticketing
  • Hotel Reservation — accommodation booking worldwide
  • Tour Packages & City Tours — curated itineraries and guided experiences
  • Visa Advisory — documentation guidance and application support
  • Study Abroad Assistance — university placement and student travel arrangements
  • Cruise Packages — ocean and river cruise bookings
  • Private Jet Charters — luxury air travel arrangements
  • Conferences & Incentive Travel — corporate event and group travel coordination
  • NIN Enrolment (Germany) — certified National Identity Number registration
  • BVN Registration (Germany) — Bank Verification Number enrolment for diaspora

We act as an agent on your behalf when booking with airlines, hotels, and other third-party service providers. In such cases, the terms and conditions of the respective supplier also apply.

Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Eujen Travels and full or agreed deposit payment. Verbal or WhatsApp requests alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • All bookings must be made by an adult aged 18 or over
  • You are responsible for ensuring all traveller details provided are accurate — including names as they appear on travel documents
  • Any errors in names, dates, or destinations provided by the client that result in additional costs will be borne entirely by the client
  • Eujen Travels reserves the right to decline any booking at our discretion
  • Booking confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp; please retain this for your records
  • Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation only and are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed

Payments & Pricing

CurrencyQuotes may be in NGN, EUR, USD, or GBP. Payment must be made in the agreed currency.
DepositA non-refundable deposit (amount specified at booking) is required to secure all reservations.
Full PaymentBalance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation.
Bank ChargesAny bank transfer fees, international transaction charges, or currency conversion costs are the client's responsibility.
Price ChangesWhere a supplier increases prices (e.g. airline fare revision) after deposit but before full payment, the client will be notified and the difference is payable.
ReceiptsOfficial receipts are issued for all payments. Please request one if not received within 24 hours.

We do not store card details. Payments made online are processed by third-party payment processors and governed by their respective security policies.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) to info@eujentravels.com. Cancellations are not effective until acknowledged in writing by Eujen Travels.

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14–21 working days via the original payment method
  • Non-refundable tickets, visa fees, and supplier charges cannot be refunded regardless of circumstances
  • Eujen Travels strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellation risks
  • In the event Eujen Travels cancels a booking due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans) are outside our control and refund eligibility will depend on supplier policies

NIN & BVN Enrolment

The following specific terms apply to our NIN and BVN enrolment services offered to Nigerians resident in Germany:

  • Appointments must be booked and confirmed in advance — walk-ins cannot be guaranteed
  • The client must present valid original documents as required (passport, proof of residence, etc.). Eujen Travels cannot be held responsible if enrolment fails due to incomplete or invalid documentation
  • Service fees for NIN/BVN enrolment are non-refundable once the appointment session has commenced, regardless of outcome
  • Eujen Travels acts as a certified enrolment agent only; we do not control NIMC or CBN systems and cannot guarantee processing timelines set by those authorities
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their personal details are accurate at the point of enrolment. Corrections after submission may incur additional fees
  • Biometric data collected during enrolment is transmitted directly to NIMC or CBN and is not stored by Eujen Travels — see our Privacy Policy for full details
07 —

Travel Documents & Visas

It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they hold the correct and valid travel documents for their journey, including but not limited to:

  • A valid passport with sufficient validity (typically 6 months beyond the return date)
  • Visas, entry permits, or electronic travel authorisations (ETAs) required by destination countries
  • Health certificates, vaccination records, or other documents required at the point of entry
  • Transit visas where applicable

Eujen Travels provides visa advisory as a guidance service only. We do not guarantee visa approval, as this is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. Visa fees are non-refundable in the event of rejection.

Eujen Travels accepts no liability for any costs, losses, or penalties arising from a client's failure to hold the correct travel documents.

08 —

Liability & Limitations

Eujen Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of those third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Eujen Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
  • Hotel overbooking, service failures, or changes in accommodation standards
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel
  • Personal injury, illness, or death arising from travel activities
  • Losses arising from force majeure events including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
  • Failure to obtain a visa or entry refusal at a border
  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind

Where Eujen Travels is found directly liable, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability before travel.

Conduct & Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your travel details or personal circumstances that may affect your booking
  • Behave respectfully toward Eujen Travels staff and any third-party service providers
  • Comply with all laws, regulations, and entry requirements of countries you visit
  • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent any booking systems or obtain services through dishonest means

Eujen Travels reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any client whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or in violation of these Terms, without refund where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Eujen Travels website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Eujen Travels and Tours Ltd or its licensors, and is protected by applicable Nigerian and international copyright law.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from our website without prior written consent
  • Our name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any form without explicit written authorisation
  • Content accessed through our services is for personal, non-commercial use only

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

For clients in Germany, where GDPR or German consumer law grants additional rights, those rights are not affected by this clause. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in good faith.

Eujen Travels reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
